This website is run by Novelty LLC, registered in Maryland, USA. If you have a question about this notice, email mshaikh@novelty-traders.com.

No cookies, analytics or tracking

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. We don't build a profile of you or follow you around the web. The fonts and images on the site are served from our own hosting, so your browser doesn't contact other companies' servers while you browse.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), company name, team size, industry, the services you're interested in, how you found us (if you say) and your message (if you write one).

It is sent to us as a single email. It is not saved anywhere else, and we don't sell it or share it. We use it to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry.

Who handles it for us

Amazon Web Services hosts the site and delivers the form's email to us. Like any web host, it processes basic technical information such as your IP address when a page loads, and gives us summary traffic reports (for example, page requests and visitor countries). We add nothing to the site to track you.

Our company email inbox is provided by Zoho Mail.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your message, by emailing mshaikh@novelty-traders.com.
